Paper Plate Holder Template

This is a simple tutorial to create Paper Plate Holder. What you need: two paper plates, paper punch, scraps of yarn, glitter, glue, crayons, scissor. Instruction: Cut one plate in half. Use a paper punch to make holes around the outside of the plates (see the picture above). Place the half plate on top of the whole plate. The half plate will be a pocket over the whole plate. Use scraps of yarn through the holes of the plates. Finally, decorate the paper plate holder with stickers and paint brush.
